This programme is effective from January 30, 2026, and will continue until further notice or termination by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this programme at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility & Participation
-To enjoy the benefits of this programme, you must successfully register as a member on the Avène Official Online Store.
-Membership is for personal use only and is non-transferable, cannot be sold, or used for commercial purposes.
-The registration process is simple; you only need to provide a valid email address and other necessary information.
Benefit Details
a. $50 New Member Welcome Shopping Credit
- Automatically issued to the member's account upon successful registration.
- Applicable to a single order with a net purchase amount of HK$300 or above (excluding shipping fees).
- Automatically deducted at checkout; no additional promo code is required.
b. $100 Birthday Shopping Credit
- Automatically issued to the member's account on the 1st day of their registered birthday month (e.g., if the birthday is in May, it will be issued on May 1st).
- Applicable to a single order with a net purchase amount of HK$300 or above (excluding shipping fees).
- Automatically deducted at checkout.
- If the member has not provided or updated their birthday information, they will not be eligible for this benefit.
c. $50 Quarterly Cash Coupon
- Automatically issued to the member's account on February, May, August, and November each year (4 times a year, totaling HK$200).
- Applicable to a single order with a net purchase amount of HK$300 or above (excluding shipping fees).
- Automatically deducted at checkout.
- Cash coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or stacked with other offers (unless otherwise specified by the Organizer).
Usage Restrictions and Conditions
- All shopping credits/cash coupons are strictly limited to the Avène Official Online Store and are not applicable to other retail channels, physical stores, third-party platforms, or any points of sale outside of Avène's official e-shop.
- Each shopping credit/cash coupon can only be used for a single order; any remaining balance cannot be carried forward to the next order.
- Shopping credits/cash coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, used for cash adjustments, or used to settle shipping fees.
- If an order is returned or cancelled, the relevant shopping credits/cash coupons will be deducted proportionally or become invalid.
- Quantities are limited and available while stocks last. The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy
a. Order Alteration or Cancellation: Once payment is completed, your order will be processed immediately. Therefore, confirmed orders cannot be modified, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged (except for product quality issues).
b. Returns & Exchanges Policy: 【No Returns for Personal Reasons】Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for personal reasons (such as personal preference, incorrect item selection, or skin compatibility issues).
c. Handling of Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect product, or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact Avène Official E-Store Customer Service within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
i. Please provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the defective product, and keep the original delivery receipt.
ii. Once verified by customer service, we will arrange for a courier exchange.
iii. Returned products must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including all complimentary gifts/samples (if applicable). Opened or damaged packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
d. Limitations: Products purchased from the Avène Official Online Store cannot be returned or exchanged at physical department store counters, Watsons, Mannings, or other authorized third-party retailers.
Other Terms
- The benefits of this programme are calculated based on a single order and cannot be combined across different orders.
- Eligible shopping credits/cash coupons will automatically be displayed and deducted on the checkout page.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or revoke membership benefits for any reason (including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or violation of terms) without prior notice or compensation.
- In case of any dispute, Pierre-Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique Hong-Kong Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
